When is the best time for us to visit Sapa?

Sapa  is always a beautiful place to visit no matter what time of the year you travel. Northern Vietnam has four seasons unlike Southern Vietnam which has a wet and a dry season. Sapa has one of the most favourable climates in Vietnam . Humidity is relatively high all year round; between 83-87% and temperature ranges within 15-30 Celcius degree The best time to travel is October to December

 

 

Where will Inter Bus Line take us to Sapa ?

 

Inter Bus Line will pick you up at our office station at no.13 Nguyen Huu Huan Str. The journey will start in early morning 06:00 AM , customer please make sure be on time before our car arrive.

What do we need to bring on the Bus ?

 

Firstly, depending on the season you will need to bring appropriate clothing. The Sapa weather is cool in daytime; cold in early morning & night time. We highly recommend customer to bring jacket and warm clothing. Sunscreen and mosquito repellant are a must and a hat, cap or umbrella for protection from the sun and rain.

 

If you suffer from any medical condition or require prescription drugs, don’t forget to stock up before you leave home. You will definitely require a camera for some of the best pictures you will ever take. What are the safety procedures on the Bus ?

Our Bus is conduct within a strict safety code set our Vietnamese Government and we are happy to oblige by these laws to keep our guests and crew out of harm’s way.

 

Upon boarding you will be given a compulsory introduction and safety procedures briefing. Inter Bus Line Captain / Operator do daily checks on all parts of our bus. Our state of the art navigational and monitoring systems are monitored constantly.

 

We are fully equipped fire extinguishers, life jackets, life buoys and life boats.

Do we serve meal on the bus ?

 

Inter Bus Line do not allowed and serve any food on our Bus. Customer only allowed having drink during the journey to Sapa.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking ?

 

Things happen that can cause unexpected cancelations and we try to be as fair as we can when these situations occur. It is very important that you read our Terms of Condition before you commence to book your trip with Inter Bus Line. You need to contact us as soon as possible when you discover you might need to cancel your trip with us so we can negotiate the best possible outcome for the situation. Our English speaking representatives are always available to answer any queries on cancelations.

 

Can I use my electrical goods, mobile devices , Inter Mobile (3g) and computer on Inter Bus Line Car ?

All of seats have Vietnamese sockets fitted , it is convenience for traveler to charge your phone , mobile and other devices .

 

Beside that we also provide free Wifi on our bus during the journey Hanoi - Sapa.

 

Please notice, our internet connection is limited speed. It's easy to explore internet and read newspaper online. We do not recommend traveler to watch movie or any video clips.

 

We are elderly and are worried about accessibility on our Bus ?

 

Unlike many other Transportation in the area, our Bus  make boarding and alighting all that much easier. Our staff are always there to support you in any manner you need whether it be help or assistance. There is always someone around to meet any of your requirements. Can I go on a Inter Bus Line Car if I’m pregnant ?

 

If you are pregnant we recommend you have a thorough check up with your doctor before you leave your own country. Unfortunately if you are more than 37 weeks pregnant at the beginning of Trip we cannot accept your booking.

 

Please tell us when you book how many weeks pregnant you will be at the commencement of your trip. We will do everything to make your journey with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible and look after you in every possible way.

 

 We have on call doctors and nurses available 24 hours a day if any problems occur. Also remember to update your insurance cover before you travel in case of an emergency trip to the hospital which can be quite expensive.
